Vision coverage is being offered through National Vision Administrators. This plan includes a larger retail allowance for frames and contact lenses, plus the option of choosing both eyeglasses and contact lenses in the same year. NVA’s network includes three providers in Kirksville — Premier Eyecare Associates and International Eyecare Center for full service, as well as Walmart for the eyeglass and contact lens benefits.
Services through a Non-Network Provider:
